The global economy is reeling from a series of destabilising events. As The World Bank noted: "The war in Ukraine, lockdowns in China, supply-chain disruptions, and the risk of stagflation are hammering growth. For many countries, recession will be hard to avoid."

MyCustomer - in partnership with European Customer Experience Organization - conducted a survey of 150 senior CX professionals to understand how the economic climate is impacting customer experience programmes and CX leadership.
