With all the applications examined, and the supporting material digested, MyCustomer can now reveal the finalists of CX Leader of the Year 2020 and provide a summary of their impressive achievements.
Despite the ongoing uncertainty surrounding Covid-19, this year’s award has seen a multitude of customer experience professionals in 24 countries – from Argentina to UAE – enter to be crowned CX Leader of the Year 2020.
And selecting 25 finalists from just under 100 excellent applications has proven to be a real test for the board of MyCustomer experts overseeing the initial shortlisting phase.
“The standard of entrant has been overwhelming,” says Neil Davey, managing editor of MyCustomer.
“This year’s CX Leader of the Year has seen so many top applications from all around the world – people with real stories to tell about the dedicated work they’ve been doing implementing customer experience programmes into their business; and flying the flag for CX in general.
“The coronavirus pandemic has been a challenge for everyone, but what the CX Leader of the Year process has highlighted is just how important customer experience professionals are during these difficult times, and their value has very much been highlighted within the award entries our team has read through and analysed over the last couple of weeks.”
A panel of expert judges, featuring the likes of Ian Golding, Jeanne Bliss and last year's CX Leader of the Year, Sandra de Zoysa, will now whittle the finalists down to a top six entries, which will be revealed by MyCustomer on October 21st, with the winner to be announced on November 5th 2020.
