Entries for MyCustomer's CX Leader of the Year 2022 competition are rolling in - but there's still plenty of time for YOU to enter. 

CX leaders have until 7th September to complete their entry for the 2022 CX Leader of the Year award and applications are open now!

Now in its fourth year, the CX Leader of the Year award celebrates the impact of pioneering individuals heading up customer experience programmes in organisations around the globe.

The award is free to enter, independently-run and judged by a team of renowned industry specialists.

We invite leaders to share the work they've been doing in their roles over the past 12 months, showcasing how they’ve contributed to enhancing CX both in and out of the organisation – for their customers and fellow employees alike.   

Our expert judging panel compiles a list of the top 30 CX leaders based on the quality of their entry, before declaring one lucky applicant the CX Leader of the Year. As with 2021, we will also present recognition awards to those entrants who are best able to articulate their achievements in various fields within CX – insight, culture, employee experience and technology.

A truly global CX award

Our 30 finalists in the 2021 award hailed from countries around the globe – from Malaysia to Mexico – representing the elite of the CX profession, having fought off competition from 150 fellow applicants.

The overall winner, officially crowned 2021 CX Leader of the Year, was Sri Safitri, deputy executive VP of customer experience and digitisation, Telkom Indonesia.

Amongst a remarkably high calibre of entrant, Sri stood out with our judging panel as an example of a customer experience professional who had been able to elevate the profile of CX both within Telkom Indonesia and to the wider business community, successfully measuring the results of her and her teams’ efforts in the process.

“Winning CX Leader of the Year was truly a prestigious and extraordinary achievement that made me feel beyond grateful and complete,” said Sri, upon receiving 2021’s CX Leader of the Year award.

“The award is a golden opportunity for all CX professionals around the world to both evaluate and receive praise for their hard work, which emphasises the essential nature of customer experience and how it truly impacts business success.”

CX leaders have until 7th September to complete their entry for the 2022 CX Leader of the Year award. 

Entering CX Leader of the Year is your chance to tell us a story about the impact you and your CX colleagues have had on your organisation over the last 12 months.
