Finalists of CX Leader of the Year revealed!

With all the applications examined, and the supporting material digested, we can now reveal the finalists of CX Leader of the Year and provide a summary of their impressive achievements.

Since applications to the inaugural CX Leader of the Year award closed last month, the MyCustomer team have been poring over the information provided by the 80+ entrants. 

But with the applications examined, and the supporting material digested, we can now reveal the award finalists, and provide a summary of their hugely impressive customer experience achievements.

The standard of entrant has been exceptionally high, and all applicants deserve congratulations, says Chris Ward, editor of MyCustomer. 

"The calibre of the 25 finalists is awe-inspiring. The progress that has been achieved throughout different industries and across different continents is a testament to the dedication that there is to fostering customer-centricity within today's organisations. 

"Our 25 finalists have demonstrated true commitment to customer experience management, reflected in the summaries of their achievements that we have provided. While there will ultimately be only one winner, we applaud all of our finalists for their success."

A panel of expert judges, featuring the likes of Ian Golding and Anita Siassios, will now whittle the finalists down to a top three, which will be revealed by MyCustomer on November 7.
