The 2022 CX Leader of the Year award was the most successful yet, with over 150 entrants from 20+ countries and an incredibly high calibre of entrant.
With the shortlisted finalists and overall winner now officially announced, MyCustomer has published a winners' book to showcase of the achievements of the 20 finalists from this year's award.
The book includes a summary of all of the award winners - the insight award, employee experience award, culture award and technology award... and not to forget the ultimate CX Leader of the Year 2022 award!
