The award provides a platform for CX professionals to showcase their individual and team CX achievements. In addition to celebrating the overall winner, we celebrate all of our finalists – take a look at the 2022 finalists hub. In addition to the main prize, we have several additional awards that celebrate exceptional accomplishments in customer insight, culture, and technology.

It’s judged by global experts
CX Leader of the Year applications are assessed by a carefully selected team of globally renowned judges. Unlike other awards, we don’t have ‘pay for play’ judges. In fact, our judging panel includes past competition winners who bring their invaluable expertise to the table.

Our recognition enhances your reputation. We proudly showcase all of our finalists on MyCustomer.com and promote their work through digital events, our CXLOTY winners’ book, social media channels, and via our partners. Additionally, winners receive an invitation to join the judging panel, and all finalists are invited to join our exclusive MyCustomer Connect networking group.
