DLJ has chosen to use Janna’s eRM (enterprise e-business Relationship Management) solution in their development of an enterprise information portal for customer knowledge.

DLJ Asset Management Group – the money management division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation – is a rapidly expanding investment organisation, providing investment solutions to independent and corporate investors world-wide.  It is among the front runners of modern investment companies, delivering to a wide spectrum of investors, covering the traditional investing bodies, as well as breaking new ground in more innovative areas.

The increasing importance of the Internet in business has been accompanied by a transference of power to consumers.  eRM solutions such as Janna’s are structured to enable the companies who implement them to maximise the potential of the Internet, allowing online collaboration, personalized e-commerce and sharing of information with customers.

Janna Systems Inc. provides eRM solutions aimed at synchronizing  customer interactions and transactions across multiple communication channels, and offers personalized web self-service e-commerce solutions designed to help their customers optimise sales performance through better-managed relationships.  This web-centric approach is perceived as being a step beyond traditional CRM.

The president and CEO of Janna systems, William M. Tatham, commented that Janna is delighted to add DLJ asset management to its client list, and that he felt that the selection of Janna by DLJ confirms and strengthens its prominent position in the financial services industry.
