European Customer Experience World 2012 announced

Following the success of European Customer Experience World 2011, The Focus Group has announced details of the 2012 event.

This year, speakers from Virgin Holidays, O2, BBC, FIAT, Cadbury, BT, Disney Institute, Starbucks and Bank of America as well as other multinational institutions addressed delegates during a series of talks and roundtable sessions.

Ian Golding, head of group customer experience for Shop Direct Group, said “'For the last three years, The Focus Group has brought together the most diverse group of customer experience professionals, experts and vendors from across the globe at ECEW - the most informed knowledge sharing event on the subject of customer experience held in the UK.”
Maggie Wheeler, director of the Focus Group, added: “Following the success of this year’s ECEW in May, we’ve already been approached by people keen to get the dates of the 2012 event in their diaries. ECEW attracts attendees and speakers from around the world, and we are already working on improvements to make the 2012 event even better. For the first time, we’ll be using a smartphone app that will let delegates select their event programme and network with other attendees and speakers before, during and after the event itself.”
European Customer Experience World 2012 will takes place on the 22nd – 23rd May 2012 at the new Hilton Hotel, Terminal 5, Heathrow, London.
