European Customer Experience World 2012 announcedby
Following the success of European Customer Experience World 2011, The Focus Group has announced details of the 2012 event.
This year, speakers from Virgin Holidays, O2, BBC, FIAT, Cadbury, BT, Disney Institute, Starbucks and Bank of America as well as other multinational institutions addressed delegates during a series of talks and roundtable sessions.
