The European Customer Experience World (ECEW) event returns for its fourth year on May 22-23rd to welcome experts from the likes of Virgin Atlantic, Ford, Sky and Vodafone.

Taking place at the new Hilton Hotel at London Heathrow’s Terminal, this year’s event is entitled 'Delivering on your promise' and will focus on the consequence of failure, customer experience (CE) strategy within your organisation and the voice of the customer
Speakers include John Leathern of Ford Retail, Kenneth Refsgaard of TomTom, Paul Sands of Virgin Atlantic Airways, and Peter Crayfourd of Orange.
The organiser – The Focus Group – has also announced that Gillian Joseph, award-winning presenter for Sky Sunrise, will be the first ever chair of the conference. Joseph will act as a skilled interviewer to lead the Q and A at the end of each session.
Maggie Wheeler, director of The Focus Group, said: "We see this year’s theme of ‘delivering on your promise’ as something that applies as much to us as event organisers as to the event itself.
"We’ve been fortunate in getting Gillian Joseph from Sky, one of the leading TV interviewers in the UK, to chair ECEW 2012. Getting a professional to summarise the discussions and interview the speakers will address one of the issues that has been mentioned to us in the past – that there is so much content on offer at the event that it needs breaking down during each day so that it can all be taken in."
She added: "We know that times are hard at the moment, but we firmly believe that CE is the answer to how to keep businesses profitable at a time of squeezed budgets and resources."
