Customer experience management company has launched a suite of SaaS solutions to help organisations manage customer journeys and increase insight.

With ONE Engagement Platform, users can design and deliver personalised content to customers across multiple channels including mobile, social, web, call centre and print. 

According to the firm, the suite enables businesses to drive brand strength, customer advocacy and revenue growth.

The suite has also been designed to work alongside NOW, the firm’s customer communications management solution.
