Gone are the days of the straight forward customer journey. What was once a relatively simple path has now become a complex network of roads with many twists, turns, entries and exits. 

It's no wonder that organisations are finding this journey increasingly difficult to navigate. NTT Data has come up with this infographic in order to show how important it is to map out the path for your customers and stop them from taking the exit junction. (click to enlarge)
