Nimblehas added social context to contacts in the latest release of its social selling platform.
The three-year old firm claims to help 45,000 registered users transform social conversations and communities into business opportunities by combining traditional CRM, classic contact management and social media via the web-based platform.
With the latest version, Nimble has integrated with foursquare and shows shared connections from Facebook to automatically assign Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter profiles to a contact and display live social streams.
Additionally, new Rapportive integration provides social context to Gmail contacts from within the Rapportive widget whilst task notifications inform users in their inbox, and soon the web app, when a task is reassigned, commented on or completed.
