Verint adds offline-survey capabilities to Voice of the Customer portfolio

Intelligence company Verint Systems has announced the addition of offline survey-taking capabilities to its Voice of the Customer (VoC) Analytics portfolio.

Available through its Enterprise Feedback Management solution, the solution now offers integrated, offline mobile surveys via iOS-enabled mobile devices – available for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch.

The solution allows users to view and run survey results offline, whilst also able to sync with web-based applications when online.

According to the firm, the solution is ideal for financial services, retail branch banks, conference centers and retail stores.

Greg Stock, SVP of enterprise feedback management at Verint, said: “Mobile is fast becoming the preferred choice of customers' interactions. Collecting offline, transactional customer and employee feedback and adding it to a big data repository unlocks enormous potential for customers and helps maximize the benefits inherent through our Voice of the Customer solution set.”

Earlier this month Verint announced a series of enhancements to its VoC analytics portfolio, including the new Insights model.

Vovici mobile products are available through the iTunes Store and the Android Market on Google Play.
