Agile marketing is about being open, receptive and responsive to change with your marketing strategy to improve the speed, quality, flexibility and effectiveness of marketing communications.

One of the most celebrated pieces of agile marketing was Oreo’s Superbowl tweet from 2013 – when it rapidly sent out a social media communication/image capitalising on a power failure at the flagship sporting event, to promote its product.
