Personalisation is the art of offering tailored marketing on a 1:1 basis to make your engagement with customers more relevant.
Personalisation can now be optimised using data-driven marketing: for example, advertisers can make personalised banners on social saying ‘[name] buy a new phone’.
It can also extend to offering bespoke advice via automated means or through targeted advertising online.
