The CX Leader of the Year award celebrates customer experience practitioners from around the globe, for their role in enhancing and promoting the CX discipline.
As part of the application process, CX leaders detailed their stories of customer experience transformation and CX programme success, outlining the impact CX has had on their organisation and the challenges they've overcome along the way.
Over 80 customer experience leaders applied from 23 different nations, with the calible of entry exceeding the judging panel's expectations, and a clear passion and drive for CX showcased in every application.
After careful deliberation, judges have awarded Sandra de Zoysa, group chief customer officer, Dialog Axiata with the title of CX Leader of the Year 2019. Congratulations to Sandra, and all 25 shortlisted finalists.
