CX Leader of the Year 2021 is an annual award that shines a spotlight on the achievements of pioneering customer experience professionals around the globe.

Now in its third year, the CX Leader of the Year award celebrates the work being done by the trailblazing individuals working in the customer experience profession.

This year's competition received over 150 entries from all over the world. After tough deliberation, our judges have selected Telkom Indonesia's Sri Safitri as the 2021 CX Leader of the Year.
