Neil McLocklin is a Director with Corpra, the UK’s largest independent management consultancy that is focused on aligning property and workstyle solutions to business objectives. He previously was European Director for Gensler Consulting, part of the world’s largest architectural practice, and headed BT’s Workstyle Consultancy which provided advice to many of BT’s clients about these issues. Prior to that he directed and developed BT’s highly acclaimed Workstyle 2000 programme. His expertise is in change management, property and IT, with qualifications in all three areas. He has worked with many leading companies contact centre effectiveness including Lloyds TSB, Alliance & Leicester, Prudential, Egg, United Utilities and BT.
