NetLedger has added the back office to its line of hosted CRM software with the introduction of NetERP to support supply chain management.
NetERP is the first dedicated enterprise resource planning application from NetLedger, pulling together procurement, inventory, order management and billing processes into a single hosted application.
The NetERP back-office software will be offered as a separate product or as an upgrade to NetSuite, which includes NetLedger's NetCRM offering. It will go head to head against Microsoft Business Solutions with its Great Plains products.
To differentiate, NetLedger is making great play of the inclusion of features targeted at product distribution companies, including serialised inventory, bar coding, pick/pack/ship capabilities, units of measure, quantity pricing, UPS integration and matrix item management.
NetERP will ship in in the US later this month as an upgrade to NetSuite. The standalone version of NetERP will ship in September. NetLedger products are sold via OpenOrchard in the UK.
