What more specifically are you looking for? Sales force tools, contact management tools, field services, etc.? Have you completed an analysis of your needs? Please be more specific and I would be happy to get you going here.

The CRM Bible is available from this site or from www.crmbible.com (free hard copy can be ordered here). A forty minute read and you're up top speed (poetry!).

I don't even know where to begin giving you "advice". I'm sure a lot of our CRM software solution consultants and vendors would have a lot to say, and ask (since your post is too broad and general). They'd have a field day :)

Let me just say that buying a CRM software or technologies may not be enough of a solution. It involves a lot more...people, processes, their attitude (towards change),company's culture etc. which needs to all come and work together. Buying a CRM software is a huge investement and a long term one. Thus whoever it is you're buying from needs to look at all these as well as the big picture - your bottomline. Personally, the vendor that can present your business with a clear and reasonable and suitable ROI of their CRM package (whatever it may be) is the one you should consider. I think I saw an ROI article somewhere on this forum.

Good luck!

The selection of a CRM tool is an important step in the roadmap to implement your CRM Vision.
At this point in time you need to convert the business an IT strategie into clearly defined and measurable requirements.
On our website (www.crowne.ch) you will find a proven methodology for the evaluation and selection of a CRM or Contact Management Tool.

Hope this helps.

Rémon

At Bytemasters, we will soon be releasing our new CRM solution for the mid-market called Contact Master 2, Workgroups Edition. It is very easy to use, powerful, and very affordable.

I would encourage you to sign up at our site (www.bytemasters.com) and register to become a beta tester soon. Then you can test the merits of our product before making any kind of purchase commitment or obligation.

Hope this helps!
