Achiever CRM partners with address management authors

UK-based Achiever CRM has formed an alliance with QAS Systems, authors of the address management solution, QuickAddress.

As the result of a partnership, QuickAddress will be integrated into Achiever’s software, delivering rapid and accurate address capture for contact centers.

“Collecting a customer’s address is an essential step in building a relationship,” said Simon Leek, sales and marketing director for Achiever CRM. “The integration of QuickAddress into Achiever CRM, means an agent needs to only enter the postcode and house number or name, to obtain a full postal address. QuickAddress also ensures address details are entered in a consistent format across an entire organisation.
