A result of the two partners' technologies, AIMS-IBC is an exclusive new module of communication for CRM applications.

Paris, 4 December 2000

AIMS-Software, publisher of CRM software, and StreamServe, a renowned publisher in the Output Management field, have just signed an agreement for the development of a new AIMS-IBC (Intelligent Business Communication) module. An integral part of AIMS-Software's CRM suite, it handles a wide range of formats across all possible communication channels to provide for real-time management of event-based actions during marketing campaigns.

Specificity of the new module:

AIMS-IBC enables users to fully manage campaigns using multiple communication channels (SMS, e-mails, Web, WAP, fax, etc.).

The StreamServe technology offers solutions that customise and conduct dynamic, event-based processes on data from enterprise applications. The objective being to send the transformed documents, in the corresponding formats, on any kind of media, to any partner, at the right time.

When integrated into AIMS-Software's existing CRM suite, these functions offer customers a global, customised solution for event management of contacts during operational marketing campaigns.

The AIMS-IBC module operates in a unified architecture with just one server and its user-dedicated programming mode has no computing requirements. This module presents real advantages in the flexible, swift real-time implementation of new messages or campaigns.

Integrating these new functions provides the AIMS-Software CRM solution a unique dimension, unrivalled in the CRM field, which represents a real advantage in this market.

This agreement is part of the successful development strategy conducted by AIMS-Software and by StreamServe. This strategy consists in seeking out alliances with the best actors on the market who are specialised in the new technologies that complement and enrich their own respective offers.
