AIT has teamed up with CPM, Brazil's largest CRM systems integrator to resell and implement tailored customer solutions on AIT’s product platform, Portrait. CPM will focus on current demand in the financial services and telecommunications industries in Brazil, before targeting the wider South American market.
International Data Corporation estimates that the CRM market in Brazil alone will be worth $200 million in 2002. "Brazil is going through a period of aggressive mergers and consolidation in a variety of industries, particularly in financial services. This puts a strain on organizations to integrate customer data from disparate sources and streamline service and product offerings," said Paul Frederick, CEO of AIT (USA).
