Analytics firm FirstRain unveils customer intelligence tool Performinator

B2B analytics firm FirstRain has launched Performinator, an intelligence tool that delivers customer insight to sales and marketing staff.

Due to be launched at’s Dreamforce conference next week, the solution delivers information about a company’s top customers and the markets they sell into which can be accessed from within an existing CRM system and/or social enterprise platform.

The tool’s standard offering comprises three modules:

  • Personal Intelligence Carousel sits on the home page of social enterprise platforms and allows firms to  view and share customer intelligence
  • Market Landscape provides a detailed view of influential companies, markets and competitors
  • Account Snapshot delivers a brief on any company within the CRM system
