Our corporate office just began implementing this package and I want to get a jump start on how it works, etc. Anyone have any good tips, tricks, or horror stories?
Pivotal eRelationship is easy to customize, and there are some options to integrate Pivotal with other systems. A big issue is to have clear goals, the correct people inside you company involved in the project, like any other CRM projects the success depends on other factors than the tech stuff, employees culture, company CRM strategy, nature of bussiness...don't think on success just because you have the tool...there is a lot of work to do around that.
