APAC Customer Services, a provider of outsourced CRM solutions, and MarchFirst, a global professional services company, have expanded their strategic alliance.
MarchFirst will assist in developing APAC’s eCRM platform and promote its technology and services to CRM clients.
The companies intend to capitalize on the growing CRM market, particularly for web-based customer care. The global CRM market is expected to grow ffrom $200 billion to $500 billion by 2005, according to a recent Direct Marketing magazine, International Data Corp. and Lehman Brothers report. And, according to a recent Datamonitor study, the annual growth rate for web-based CRM is predicted to accelerate from 49 percent in 1999 to more than 70 percent in 2001.
APAC Customer Services provides CRM solutions for Fortune 1000, mid-tier and dot.com companies in the financial services, telecommunications, retail, insurance, technology, automotive, travel and health care sectors. CustomerAssistance.com, a wholly owned subsidiary, delivers eCRM products and services.
