Apropos Technology has won an ward for Customer Contact Center Product of the Year at the first CRMPower Golden Awards, a Canadian conference hosted by eCustomerWorld.com Institute in Toronto.
“The award is a testament to our dedication to providing an award-winning solution for multimedia interaction management,” said Jody Wacker, vice president of marketing at Apropos.
The Apropos solution is implemented at over 40 sites, including City of Toronto, Zurich Insurance, and National Post.
The CRMPower Award is the fifth honor garnered by Apropos this year. It received an accolade from [email protected] Center CRM Solutions magazine; its president was named an e-Software Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young; it appeared in Software Magazine’s top 500, and was named a Top IPO by Red Herring.
