McKenna Group and Rightpoint announce a real-time alliance as Prime Response and MicroStrategy Team are to deliver eMarketing Solutions with real-time CRM capabilities

Prime Response and MicroStrategy, the Intelligent E-Business software provider, has announced a partnership to integrate Prime Response's eMarketing software, [email protected], with MicroStrategy Web, part of MicroStrategy's Intelligent E-Business Platform.  This is being done as the  McKenna Group and RightPoint the provider of real-time personalized emarketing solutions announce an alliance focused on helping Global 1000 and emerging e-business companies to successfully embrace Real-Time emarketing.

[email protected] is expected to enable marketing-savvy organizations to integrate their on- and off-line marketing channels, creating automated marketing campaigns that optimize product offerings for each individual customer and prospect. Prime Response claim their software is unique in its ability to integrate actual customer data with the enterprise's historical knowledge about each customer, e.g., their buying history, responses to previous campaigns and offers, creating personalized marketing campaigns that appeal to the unique needs of each customer. Through MicroStrategy Web, a web-based interactive analysis tool, organizations can have the ability to create browser-based reports that instantaneously analyze campaign results, map net profitability and calculate marketing ROI.  Prime Response in the future may utilize MicroStrategy Broadcaster and MicroStrategy Telecaster for delivery of critical campaign effectiveness to both internal audiences and customers beyond the web.
