ATMs reach out to target the customer

NCR has enhanced its Smart Connections program to use automated teller machines (ATM) in the US to reach customers with customized advertising.

On-screen advertising can include animation, video, audio and music, and can be combined with coupon printing.

“With Smart Connections, NCR can provide the complete solution for true one-to-one marketing at ATMs,” said Andy Orent, vice president of NCR financial solutions division.
