Aspect Communications has formed a non-exclusive strategic alliance with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, a global management and technology consulting firm.
Booz, Allen will receive advanced training for the Aspect Customer Relationship Portal, enabling the firm to provide enhanced integration services for the product. The Portal joins CRM software, web presences and data stores to unite all of an organization’s touch points and information sources seamlessly.
The software allows companies to build eCRM applications that integrate front- and back-office systems, eCommerce applications and multimedia contact centers into one system. The software routes customer contacts, integrates information from corporate databases into the customer transaction and collects real-time information from any source for distribution to agent and customer desktops.
“Many of our clients, especially those in the public sector, have expressed interest in technology that will consolidate all types of customer contacts into a single application,” said Pamela Lentz, Booz, Allen vice president. “Our relationship with Aspect will assist us in developing solutions in this area.”
