We are based in Mexico City, and there are some customers that want to enhance their telemarketing and campaign Management capabilities.
Such customers have a small operation 5 to 20 workstations dedicated for inbound/outbound telemarketing.
They do not have a tool at all, they are doing things using Microsoft Access or Excel.
Their need in terms of tools is:
a) Telemarketing tool has to have following capabilities:
- Auto dialer
- Objection manager
- Agenda for follow up call
- link to send e-mail
b) Campaign Manager with folloying capabilities:
- Selection based on certain criteria.
- Campaign code generation
- Control group generation
- Campaign tracking in terms of responses.
Both tools have to be compatible to Microsoft office or SQL Server.
