The catalogue giant Lands' End has selected Accrue G2 as its Internet analytics solution of choice. The second-generation Internet analytics technology will digest the massive volumes of data its Internet site generates, so the company can understand how customers around the world use its site.
"Accrue G2 provides the cutting edge technology and Internet expertise that enables us to better understand our customers ' experiences on our site," said Bill Bass, Lands' End vice president of e-commerce.
Accrue G2's open platform and flexible user interface will allow Lands' End to securely integrate reporting from both their national and international sites so numerous divisions within the company - from marketing to IT to the executive team.
By understanding customer conversion rates and patterns, for example, the company will be able make smart merchandising and marketing choices that best suit customer needs and demands.
