Changes on the board at PrimeResponse

William Wyman, a business advisor and financial markets expert, is to join the Prime Response board of directors. With 35 years’ experience in management consulting and financial services, Wyman should provide a strong, objective contribution to the company.

Wyman served as a consultant in business strategy, profit improvement and management structure for Booz, Allen & Hamilton, and was president of the management group for the company’s North American business. Wyman founded his own consulting firm, Oliver, Wyman & Company, for banks, investment firms and insurance companies in North America, Europe and Asia. He has been a director with a number of public companies including SS&C Technologies, Predictive Systems, Pegasystems and Timberlands.

Richard Braddock, chairman of, who has resigned from PrimeResponse’s board of directors, said, “I very much enjoyed working with PrimeResponse, a dynamic company, with strong people poised to take a leading stance in the eCRM software industry.”
