ClickService Software’s flagship products – ClickSchedule and ClickFix – have been voted the best for improving speed and efficiency of Internet servicing. A panel of industry experts announced the winner at the Service Management Europe and Enterprise Customer Management 2000 show last week.
The new ‘Best Internet Enabled Service Solution’ award was presented to ClickService Software Ltd. by the Association of Service Managers International (ASMI). The award recognises how the company has addressed the issues of Internet servicing and fulfilment, and allows users to harness its power to improve customer service and field service management.
“ClickService Software has really integrated its scheduling and diagnostic capabilities to the web,” said Mike Fox, business development director at ASMI. “Its applications are designed specifically for use on the internet and are not just software that can be adapted for use online.”
“This award is an endorsement from service managers that shows we are leading the way to bridging the gap between service and e-commerce,” said Ami Shpiro, managing director of ClickService European Operations. “We are very pleased to have been recognised within the industry for our products, and aim to uphold our reputation in the market with ongoing software development.”
