I am an MBA student and my thesis subject is CRM and Data Mining. I established the structure of my thesis as shown below:

1. Customer Knowledge
1.2.Campaign Management

2.Customer Acquisition

3.Customer Loyalty

4.Customer Base

5.CRM and Data Mining


According to this structure, I need to know the correlation between CRM and Data Mining Techniques, especially for analytic approaches.

So, I especially need data mining implementations for CRM
