CRM in practice management? We’ve been doing it for years!

ProAcc Systems says it has been providing Windows-based practice management software with CRM for years, despite a recent release from a rival, claiming to be the first in the market.

Paul Brace, managing director of ProAcc said: “I was amazed to see a recent press release from a rival software house announcing that they are only now considering incorporating CRM in their practice management software, and heralding it as ‘the first of its kind’.

“Our practice management system, called ProCost Control Desk, has incorporated CRM since its first release in 1996. The system provides a central database of client and contact information, which is profiled to facilitate and log client and prospect communication.

“Selecting and communicating to groups of clients and prospects for client newsletters, marketing or any other reason is quick and simple. The database also forms the hub of our time, billing and fees ledger system. ProCost has recently been enhanced with the addition of full document management and e-mail management.”

ProCost is used by firms of all sizes from small practices to multi-office organisations in the top bracket.
