Customer experience firm TeleTech acquires Guidon

Customer experience provider TeleTech has acquired Guidon Performance Solutions to expand the company’s expertise in financial services, health care and government.

Guidon, an international management consulting firm, helps businesses implement operational and cultural change through the combined use of Lean and Six Sigma in the service sector.

TeleTech will also acquire Guidon’s wholly owned subsidiary Synovation Health Collaborative, which brings together a community of health experts.

With the acquisition of Guidon, Teletech will extend its management consulting expertise around customer experience optimisation to deliver increased revenue and profitability for clients, said the firm.

No financial details of the deal were disclosed.
