Data Distilleries signs first US-based customer

International Masters Publishers (IMP) is to standardise on Data Distilleries CRM software. IMP produces information cards, books and CDs, and mails out 120 million items each year.

The combined Data Distilleries solution will be implemented in phases, starting with the DD Series and CRM application in the US and the Netherlands.

"Personalised customer service is a challenge because customer information is often spread throughout the organization, which makes a consistent approach very difficult," says Rob Baldock, CEO of Data Distilleries.
