EDS enhances eCRM with marketing automation solution

EDS is to extend its CRM services by offering its clients hosted eCRM marketing automation solutions from Xchange.

Under the terms of the agreement, EDS will host Xchange Dialogue, an eCRM solution that helps businesses execute and measure personalized customer communications.

According to IDC, worldwide software revenue for marketing automation applications grew by 91% from 1998 to 1999, to $614 million.

“Dialogue provides cutting-edge campaign management, simulation and eMessaging software that will help clients tailor business strategies and product development initiatives,” said Mike Littell, president of EDS’ CRM service line.
