EDS to market E.piphany's CRM solution

E.piphany and EDS have signed a three-year licensing agreement, under which EDS will be including the E.piphany E.5™ CRM solution as part of its package of CRM service offerings. This agreement comes at a time when analysts are predicting that the global CRM services market is likely to expand from $48.4 billion in 2000 to $148.8 billion in 2005.

"Through this relationship EDS is now able to offer a more powerful combination of real-time marketing, sales and service applications," said Mike Littell, president, EDS Customer Relationship Management. "As CRM initiatives expand, organizations require technology solutions that bring real time intelligence, not just automation to customer interactions. By offering the E.piphany solution to both its hosted and direct customers, EDS is enabling organizations to provide the intelligence that will strengthen and extend the customer relationship, at every touchpoint, for all customer contacts."
