Epicor Software has been selected by Accounting Software News as the top manufacturing solution for companies with revenues of $50 million to $1 billion.

Large midmarket companies need strong financial reporting capabilities, diverse manufacturing features, and the ability to support a wide customer base and product customization capabilities. Epicor’s eFinancials, Vantage, Vista, Impresa and Avanté products fulfilled all of these requirements and had the fewest bugs and occurrences of crashes.

“We have found that the traditional enterprise solutions vendors have over-promised and under-delivered,” said Carlton Collins, editor of Accounting Software News. “Users of Epicor’s software consistently reported on the stability and high performance of its products.”

K2 Enterprises and Accounting Software News surveyed over 5,000 controllers, CFOs and financial professionals to determine the rankings.

“Customer satisfaction should be the driving force behind our product development and professional services offerings,” said John Hiraoka, senior vice president of marketing for Epicor. “Epicor has always been committed exclusively to the needs of midmarket companies.”

Founded in 1984, Epicor is ranked among the industry’s ten largest enterprise business solutions providers by industry analysts, with more than 30,000 customers worldwide. It is headquartered at Irvine, California.
