eZoka implements NetRep

eZoka has implemented the NetRep solution to help website visitors with registration, account and sales queries, and credit card payments – all in real-time.

eZoka, an online group purchasing company for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s), will also NetRep’s filtering capabilities to monitor website traffic and identify high-value customers.

With immediate access to data on their customers’ previous visits and past purchases, NetRep staff can assist visitors with the completion of forms and push additional product information directly to their customers’ browsers.
