FrontRange Solutions has acquired Maestro Commerce, a Chicago-based application service provider and developer of a modular suite of e-business products. The acquisition will allow FrontRange to expand its offering for small to medium-sized organizations, many of whom need e-business solutions that integrate front and back offices.
“The Maestro Division is going to offer the buy-side solutions to complete the customer experience,” said Dana Buys, CEO of FrontRange.
“We view our merger with FrontRange as an ideal partnership. We can now offer a web-based application model enhanced by strong customer support tools,” said Eric Shisko, president of Maestro.
“The acquisition of Maestro Commerce will help level the playing field for our customers by giving them a bigger tool set of CRM solutions to choose from,” said Kimberley Cromwell, president, Cromwell and Assoc.
Maestro Commerce is a e-business solutions provider with a strong competitive advantage for middle-market companies with configurable or made-to-order products, complex pricing and promotions, and multi-tiered distribution. Available on an ASP/subscription basis, Maestro Commerce is a modular and scalable application suite that can accelerate speed-to-market and maximize return on investment.
Founded in 1989, FrontRange Solutions has its headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
