Getronics has formed a global alliance to provide system integration services for Applix’s e-business applications.

Getronics will incorporate Applix iEnterprise for web-based CRM into its industry solutions and leverage the Applix Internet-based planning, forecasting and budgeting tools to deliver a complete solution to financial services organizations.

“Financial services firms have a clear focus on improving the service they provide to their customers,” said Karen Roche, president US business solutions and consulting, Getronics. “They are looking for solutions that enable them to service their customers at every point of contact; therefore a unified sales, fulfilment and service solution is critical to finding, retaining and attracting profitable customers. By combining the Applix’s iCRM solution with the Getronics call center, Internet banking and branch solutions, we can help our clients reach their business objectives.
