Golden day for Aspect

The CRMPower Golden Awards committee has chosen the Aspect customer relationship portal as enterprise CRM product of the year for its innovative technology.

“We’re honoring Aspect’s software for enabling proactive CRM,” said Jacob Gordon, president of eCustomerWorld Institute and spokesman for the CRMPower committee. “Companies can’t afford to be passive when it comes to managing their relationships with customers. We want to draw their attention to innovative technologies like the Aspect Portal.”

Selection criteria included user satisfaction, innovation, technology benefit, return on investment, success of implementation and market presence. The awards committee included end users, consultants, systems integrators and representatives of industry.

The Aspect customer relationship portal manages contacts from a variety of media, routes them, integrates information from corporate databases into the transaction, collects real-time information and distributes it to the desktop.

“This CRMPower Golden Award is a strong link in the chain of awards that the Aspect Portal continues to receive for connecting companies with customers seamlessly,” said Beatriz Infante, Aspect CEO. “The industry is reacting to the results the Aspect Portal is delivering, and we’re honored by the recognition.”
