GoldMine, a developer of sales and marketing and service and support software for managing customer relationships, has announced a new strategic alliance and product integration between GoldMine® 4.0 Standard Edition and BusinessWorks®, a leading small business financial solution from Sage Software.
The BusinessWorks/GoldMine® Link allows users to integrate data in both programs, avoiding the need to re-key critical business data, minimizing billing errors and increasing overall productivity.

The strategic alliance and product integration between the two software developers allows them to target small- to medium-sized businesses that require a business solution encompassing sales, marketing, customer service and accounting. The link will allow users to access many BusinessWorks options directly from the GoldMine menus and key-in, convert and view BusinessWorks quotes, sales orders and invoices without having to exit GoldMine. Additionally, the "smart synchronization" built into the link can eliminate the need to re-key important business information found in either application.
