Could anyone tell me who the driving forces in CRM research are? I would need that for the areas Europe, America and Asia. Thanks Markus
CRM Software companies are the primary drivers behind research and development simply because they are in the industry drivers seat. They are the likely candidates to benefit from such research or in some cases...propoganda. There are in fact some non-profit organizations that have a greater focus in specific areas (i.e. Call Center, Sales Force, etc.) with local chapters focusing on industry or local issues.
