Social business is one of the big business buzzwords of 2012 but how many people actually know what it means? Global Dawn traced the history of social business over the past thirty years to show it’s not just a 2012 fad.

This explanatory infographic shows all the routes business has travelled in order to become more social. Yes, it’s about social media but it’s also about values, customers, collaboration, involvement and engagement.

Hi there... not sure why you pegged Tesco as the start of the loyalty program, when in fact, S&H Green Stamps started in the '60s.   I can also remember my Gran saving her stamps from the Co-op in Scotland in the early 70's.
