Knowledge Impact and IntraLearn Software have announced a strategic partnership to integrate online learning capabilities into CRM applications.

The IntraLearn functions offer enhanced capabilities of training assessments, bookmarking, progress reporting and the management of end-user training programs.

Combining customized training with powerful assessment software enables an organization to rapidly align its corporate objectives with its training requirements. And tracking the results enables managers to view the progress of their training program.

“Training is a major challenge for any company,” said Peter Banhazl, executive vice president at IntraLearn Software. “Online training offers an alternative, especially when there are employees disbursed to various locations. This partnership will provide organizations with the flexibility to access training and monitor results.”
