Logica’s senior CRM business consultant has joined eLoyalty, the eCRM consultancy and systems integrator.
Christophe Rebuffa joins as vice-president and will focus on marketing automation, customer management and eCRM operational solutions for eLoyalty’s clients, from vision creation to deployment.
With over 15 years’ experience in the technology industry, Rebuffa has had four years in the implementation and design of CRM integration strategy.
“Joining eLoyalty was the next logical step for my career,” said Rebuffa. “My experience had moved on from general business consultancy into the CRM arena, and eLoyalty’s background and focus in that area will really give me the opportunity to develop my interests further.”
